Kalixlinjen Museum of Military History
Kalixlinjens Museum is a military history museum and excellent for a day trip. With around 60 vehicles displayed outdoors and several buildings with exhibitions, it’s easy to spend a whole day here.
Both children and adults can enjoy climbing into and trying out the various vehicles. For those interested in learning more about the Cold War, we have an entire barrack dedicated to that topic. Visitors can also try on period uniforms and explore a preparedness revue stage.
For those truly curious, there are books, collections of newspaper clippings, and other materials to browse.
